Mumbai: Laska Fashion Modeling Pvt. Ltd. is set to present Laska Fashion Mahotsav 2026, a 40-day international fashion and cultural festival that will take place in Mumbai from 20 November to 30 December 2026. Bringing together fashion, beauty, culture, digital media, and lifestyle under one roof, the event aims to become one of India’s largest global fashion gatherings.
The festival’s official digital platform was inaugurated by Shri Sharad Pawar, former Chief Minister of Maharashtra and former Union Minister of India, marking the beginning of the Mahotsav’s nationwide and international outreach. Adding to its global visibility, Hollywood actress Sunny Leone will officially announce the festival through her Instagram platform, introducing the event to millions of followers worldwide.
Laska Fashion Mahotsav 2026 will be conducted under the guidance of the Laska International Fashion Council (LIFC), a panel comprising internationally acclaimed fashion choreographers, runway coaches, creative directors, and seminar speakers representing countries including Mexico, Germany, Japan, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Nigeria, the Philippines, and several European nations.
The festival will feature an extensive lineup of events, including a National Fashion Show running for more than 20 days, an International Fashion Show spanning over 10 days, and a Fashion Expo lasting nearly 30 days. Visitors can also experience cultural performances, entertainment programs, fashion seminars, and industry networking sessions throughout the festival.
A key objective of the Mahotsav is to nurture emerging talent while creating opportunities for established professionals. Every registered participant will receive three days of professional training covering runway techniques, grooming, personality development, portfolio guidance, and fashion seminars led by internationally recognized experts.
Professional models from multiple countries will participate alongside Indian talent, creating a truly global runway experience. More than 12 international fashion choreographers and 50 national choreographers will oversee various fashion presentations, providing participants with valuable exposure and opportunities to connect with leading fashion brands and industry professionals.
Among the festival’s flagship events is Designer Quest, an international fashion design competition that will showcase creative talent from across the world. Entries will be evaluated by an esteemed international jury, including renowned Indonesian fashion designer Ivan Gunawan, offering designers a prestigious platform to gain global recognition.
The festival will also celebrate excellence in digital content creation through the Social Media Influencer Award. Content creators from categories such as Fashion, Lifestyle, Beauty, Technology, Entertainment, and other digital sectors are invited to participate and showcase their creativity on an international stage.
Another major attraction is the month-long Fashion Expo, which will feature leading international and national brands exhibiting apparel, designer collections, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, makeup, fragrances, jewellery, footwear, fashion accessories, wellness products, and innovative beauty technology solutions, creating a comprehensive fashion and lifestyle experience for visitors.
